• Duration: 24 hours from the moment you place your order

• What’s Covered:

2. How to Cancel or Change Your Order

1. Within 24 hours of checkout, email us at [email protected] OR submit a request via our Contact Us page.
2. Tell us:
   • Order number
   • Change or cancellation you’d like
3. We’ll confirm your request and send you an update—usually within an hour during support hours.

3. After 24 Hours—Into Production

• Orders older than 24 hours enter production.
• No further changes or cancellations can be made once production starts.
• Please double-check your selections before placing an order!

4. Address Accuracy—Your Responsibility

• Verify your shipping address at checkout (street, unit, ZIP).
• Sportyet is not liable for delays or returns caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.
• If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
