1. Exchanges & Cancellations
1.1 Order Exchanges
- Double-check size, design, quantity, and all custom options before you finalize your order.
- Once production begins (after 24 hours), we cannot swap out items—please place a new order for corrections.
1.2 Order Cancellations
- Window: You have 24 hours from the moment you order to cancel at no cost.
- How: Email [email protected] or submit a cancellation request via our Contact Us page.
- After 24 Hours: Orders enter production and become final—cancellations are no longer possible.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Who Qualifies
We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of delivery when all of the following are true:
- The product arrived damaged, broken, or incorrect.
- It differs materially (design, size, material) from what you ordered.
- It shows a significant deviation from the description on Sportyet.com.
2.2 What We Cannot Accept
- Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
- Items without original tags
- Defects not caused by us (e.g., normal wear, minor thread pulls)
Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging.
3. How to Request Your Refund
- Gather Documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Shipping label or courier receipt
- Photos showing damage or errors
- Any relevant email or chat transcripts

- Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Wait for Approval
- We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and email you a return authorization and the warehouse address (Sportyet Returns, 851 Golfview Dr Apt C, Carmel, IN 46032).
- Ship Your Return
- Pack securely, include your order confirmation, and send via your chosen carrier.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect (in which case we cover shipping).
- Email us the tracking number once shipped.
4. Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 2 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving your return.
- Method: We credit the original payment method, including original shipping charges when applicable.
- Delay?: If you have not seen your refund after 10–15 days, please contact your bank or card issuer.
5. Important Notes
- 180-Day Limit: All return requests must be initiated within 180 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping Risks: We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit—insure high-value packages at your discretion.
- Ineligible or Lost Returns: Customers must resolve these directly with the carrier.
