2. Order Fulfillment Timeline

  1. Payment Received → Processing Begins
    • As soon as your payment clears, our team picks and packs your items at our Carmel, IN warehouse.
  2. Business Days Only
    • We ship Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00).
    • We do not process shipments on USPS holidays:
      • New Year’s Day
      • Presidents’ Day
      • Memorial Day
      • Independence Day
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving Day
      • Christmas Day
  3. Cut-Off Deadline
    • Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York).
    • Anything after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or a holiday moves to the next business day.

3. Delivery Options & Fees

Your ETA is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time. While we strive for accuracy, all dates are estimates and can’t be guaranteed.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Got a special request? Customized designs take a bit longer. Please allow extra design time—we’ll notify you if it affects your ship date.


5. Tracking Your Shipment

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after checkout, you’ll get an email confirming your purchase.
  2. Shipping Notification: Within 1–2 business days of processing, we’ll send a tracking link.
  3. Carrier Scans: Allow 3–7 days for carriers to scan your package. If tracking stays blank, check back or contact us.
  4. Delayed Delivery: If you pass your ETA, drop us a line via our Contact Us page for fast assistance.

6. Address Accuracy & Returns to Sender

  • Please Review Carefully: Double-check street, unit number, ZIP code, and contact info.
  • Incorrect Addresses: We can’t be responsible for mis-deliveries due to wrong info.
  • Returned Packages: If your order returns to us, you’ll need to cover any re-shipping fees.
  • Forwarding Requests: Once a package leaves our facility, we aren’t liable for loss, theft, or damage if you ask a carrier to forward or redirect it.
